How do I find my perfect fit in Rothy's?
Most of our styles are designed to fit true to size right out of the box, but our pointed-toe flats often require a half-size larger for the best fit. Since our shoes don't stretch much, ensure they feel comfortable immediately.
Are Rothy's shoes machine washable?
Yes! All Rothy’s shoes and bags are 100% machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, use cold water on a delicate cycle with mild detergent, and always air dry—never use a dryer.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for a refund.
How are Rothy's products sustainable?
Our signature thread is spun from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. To date, we have transformed millions of single-use bottles into high-quality footwear and accessories while maintaining a low-waste manufacturing process.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner.
